Every time I’ve worn these gold tassel mules someone has asked me about them. Mules are just too cute, and different than other shoes if you ask me!
I actually found them when I was in Louisiana shopping at some of the local boutiques. When I initially saw them, I thought they might have been too bright of a gold. I tried on the silver ones at first, then decided to try on the gold. When I tried them on, they were surprisingly super complimenting of my skin tone!
I normally wear a size 7.5, but sized down to 7 on these. The 7.5 were just way too big in the toe. With pointy toe shoes, it’s typically the opposite, but it’s like these had that thought when being built. These particular shoes do fall off sometimes, but they don’t bother me. If that’s something that bothers you, I wouldn’t recommend them. Of course, you can always try em out, then ship em back too! These gold mules also come in tan, black, maroon, and gunmetal.
This was only the second pair of mules that I had ever bought. My first pair I got at Nordstrom Rack, and they were a classic black. They were a steal – I got them for under $30. These metallic mules were my second and I just ordered my third and fourth.
That might sound like a lot, but they are just sooo easy to throw on and perfect for Spring. They’re warm enough to keep your feet and body warm, but still get a breeze, so they’re good transition shoes from boots to sandals.
Target is currently having a sale on a lot of their shoes, so the two new pair I ordered were from there. I got these dusty pink ones and these white ones – both perfect for Spring. I’ve listed some of my other favorite mules below. If I could own them all I would, but for now, I’ll stop at my max of four. Think I should order a few more? Also, if you want me to review other shoes, I definitely can make a post about it too! Check out some of my other favorite shoe trends in this blog post!
