I’ve been wanting to share my outfits from #rStheCon for a few weeks now! For those of you guys who don’t know, I work at rewardStyle. The conference is one of my favorite weekends all year long (besides NYFW)! Tons of our top influencers and brands come into town to learn about industry topics and to network.
This past year was my third conference, and let me tell you – they just keep getting better and better. If you’re interested, we post all of our conference videos online. They always get me so hyped. Each year I’m amazed at how our team comes together to pull off such a large event. #rStheCon seriously touches every single department of the company. It’s a company-wide process putting it together, not to mention we have the best events team. P.S. if you’re interested in applying, we currently have a few openings, or you can follow along on rSHQ!
I’ve always been an in-person event kind of person. Meeting new people and connecting with others I haven’t seen in a while makes me so happy. The people that attend conference are always so eager to learn more and connect with others in the industry. It’s amazing to see so many influential women in one room lifting each other up.
#rStheCon Day One
#rStheCon starts on Thursday with check-in, a brand mixer, and a rooftop pool party! I didn’t get pictures of my outfit from the Supergoop! pool party, but they had synchronized swimmers and a DJ! It felt like I was on vacation already!
Since I was working check-in, I wore a rewardStyle branded tee. I still wanted to look cute, so I spiced it up with a black denim skirt and white booties!
#rStheCon Day Two
Day two was packed full with our keynote speakers – Kendra Scott, Aimee Song, and our co-founder, Amber Venz-Box! They were so inspirational and motivational to hear. I highly recommend checking out some of their speeches on YouTube.
After the keynote, Banana Republic sponsored our lunch in the Courtyard. I wore a floral jumpsuit because what makes more senes than florals in the courtyard garden? Plus, it’s easily paired with my favorite fringe cardigan.
Express Cocktail Party
I changed into a backless fringe waist dress and Dolce Vita wedges. I just got both of these items, and I’m obsessed with them! The color of the dress accentuates your tan, plus the backless touch is perfect for a vacation. The wedges are seriously my new most comfortable pair. I want to order them in all 5 colors!
#rStheCon Day Three
The last day consists of brand meetings and classroom sessions. The day is a bit shorter than Friday because of our LIKEtoKNOW.it finale party.
Sole Society sponsored a garden lunch at Marie Gabrielle – one of the prettiest places in Dallas. Seriously, I may want to get married here someday! If you haven’t been and you’re local, put it on your must-do list. The lunch showcased the most beautiful floral centerpieces and a fashion sketch artist!
Another garden, another floral outfit. I got this maxi dress last year after NYFW and have been waiting all year to wear it. It’s super sheer so it came with a slip. So many people asked me if it was For Love and Lemons, but it’s actually under $60!
LIKEtoKNOW.it Finale Party
Last, and certainly the most, was the LIKEtoKNOW.it finale party. It was hosted at the Dallas Arboretum and had the most beautiful view of the lake. They had surprise light up dancers and a saxophone player – it was certainly one of those ‘surprise and delight’ moments!
I ordered a few different outfit options for the finale party, which I talked about in my ‘What I’m Wearing To the Conference‘ post, but when they got in, I didn’t like them. Two days before the event, I ordered a final sale satin jumpsuit (in stock) from Revolve. I was so nervous it wouldn’t look good or wouldn’t fit, and it was like it was meant to be. I got it on super discount, under $200, and I think it’s the nicest thing I own besides my Chloe dress! I’m 5’4″ and I paired it with small black block heels, but the length didn’t even need to be hemmed, it was perfect!
Did you guys follow along with the rStheCon hashtag? If you didn’t this year, you should be on the lookout next year for the coolest behind the scenes stories + live posts!
