Taking a few different trends from this year and throwing them together. I’ve specifically fallen in love with navy blues, blush pinks, and grays. Then I’ve also mixed in the cold shoulder, frayed denim, and lace up heel. Now, you’re probably thinking, why are you posting about this now? It’s perfect for a rainy day, plus, all of these trends pair really well with others. You can never have too many white shirts, too many pairs of denim, or too many pairs of nude heels!
I wasn’t too crazy about the frayed denim until I found these. They’re stretchy. Yes, I said it. I love stretchy jeans. But not the kind that actually stretches out, the kind that stretches but still fit perfectly. I typically wear a 2 but ordered a size 4 and they fit perfectly! The fringe makes the jeans feel a bit shorter, but they fit like an ankle pant. For reference, I’m 5’4″!
I bought this cold shoulder top from Necessary Clothing in NYC about a year ago, but check out a couple similar options here and here! Bonus: the shirts that I found, which are super similar are under $20 and $40! Cold shoulder tops are perfect when you’re not sure what the weather is like since they have the cut outs! Plus the fringed top makes it that much prettier of a top!
These block heels are seriously amazing and they run true to size. If you don’t have a pair of block heels, you need them. They’re so much comfier and in my opinion cuter, than skinny heels! I got these from Nordstrom Rack, and the lace up detail is so cute. You can tie a bow or a knot to change up the style.
Let me know what you think about the different trends in the comments!
