Y’ALL! This pink ruffle top is one of my favorites purchases for the spring + summer! One of the things I love about it is that it is so versatile. So, I wanted to show you guys how you could easily dress this outfit up or down by just changing out your shoes and jewelry!
This top is actually made from two different materials. The shirt itself is a super soft t-shirt cotton, while the material on the ruffle is a stiffer cotton/polyester, which helps the ruffles form its shape. I’ve worn this top both out and tucked in on the front and both ways look cute! BONUS – Nordstrom is selling it for $20 right now and it also comes in Navy! I’d recommend sticking with your normal size if you want it to fit a little baggy. If you’d rather it be a little more form fitting, then I’d suggest sizing down! I just love how the ruffle really gives this top a feminine flare and dresses up a casual t-shirt!
I paired this with my favorite pair of Lila Ryan jeans that I actually got from Stitch Fix. Andddd yes, you can specifically request a shipment of only Lila Ryan jeans – which will be my next fix! They are stretchy (the best kind of jean), and lay perfectly flat on my ankle so they look great with any kind of shoe!
First up is my casual look! I can 100% attest to the fact that this outfit is perfect for walking around town, heading to a game, or are on a casual day date! Pair your top and jeans with a pair of white Keds for the classic casual look and a pair of gold studded earrings!
Ladies Night Out
To dress it up a bit, exchange those Keds for a pair of cork wedges. Mine are BP. from Nordstrom and I got them for less than $50 during Nordstrom’s Fall sale! I highly recommend the BP. brand – the shoes I own from BP. are all SO comfortable and affordable. Next, I’d change out the studs with a pair of either gold or matching blush statement earrings! The ones I chose were from H&M – they seriously have some of the best, cheap jewelry! If you’re looking for a similar pair, I’d also recommend checking out Target’s Baublebar line – I’m actually obsessed!
